A PASSION for YOGA
I started practicing yoga in London more then 20 years ago. At the time I was working in the City of London. I started Yoga as an exercise to relieve stress and tension. It quickly became a revelation and a passion.
I practiced Ashtanga/Vinyasa, Flow Yoga, the more energetic form of Yoga.
Yoga was my anchor during two pregnancies and several international moves. Yoga always kept me grounded and focused.
When I moved to Montréal in 2016, I started Hatha Yoga along with Iyengar style with Hervé Blondon. Hatha places the emphasis on posture, alignment, breathing and meditation. It felt like a return to the sources. I am now a certified Yoga teacher 200 hrs recognised by IYA and by FFY and also certified to teach Chair Yoga.
I teach different yoga styles from Hatha, Ashtangha, Chair to Yin Yoga !
I am passionate about Ayurveda, nutrition and healthy living.
I love Art, Dance, Music
