Learn the postures and practise at your own pace with the interaction of a small group.

Private CLASS

Learn at you own pace and get all the attention you need.


Keep your office zen and relaxed, but also focused and energized. The option Chair yoga can be an option if you missing space in your office.


Keep mobile and flexible without loosing your balance

Corinne teaches in Westmount and surrounding areas.

Due to the current situation, the classes are taking place via Zoom.

The timetable is :  

Wednesday Morning at 8h00 for a flow yoga session

Thursday at 1730 for a Yin Yoga with affirmations practise

Saturday at 10h00 for a flow yoga session.

My classes are tailored to the level of the participants.
